Lost/Damaged Order Policy

Missing Items or Stolen/Lost Packages

If you do not receive your package or received a damaged package, you must file a claim with Buyz.com within 48 HOURS from the scheduled delivery date of your package. Buyz.com will not be held liable under any circumstances for lost, stolen, vandalized packages, or packages with missing items if the customer does not contact Buyz.com within 48 HOURS from the scheduled delivery date of the package.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are refused by the customer or undeliverable and returned to Buyz.com will automatically be assessed a 25% restocking fee once package is received.

To ensure delivery of your merchandise please do not authorize/waive signature release with Federal Express, the Federal Express courier will re-deliver. In the event the customer has a signature release waiver on file with Federal Express, Buyz.com will not be held liable for missing or non-delivered merchandise.

If your order was shipped via FedEx International Mail Service, it can take 3-5 weeks to be delivered. If you have not received your package within this timeframe please contact customer service to file a claim.
