Do I have to buy anything after I register?

No, you don't have to purchase anything after you register. Everybody is welcome to visit our site at anytime. As a registered user, you have the privilege to bid on items whenever you like, please do remember that our auctions run 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Can I bid on as many items as I like?

First time customers will be required to pay for their first five items that they bid on and win. Bidding privileges will be restricted until payment is made. After the first transaction is officially completed, customers will be able to bid freely on other items.

How come I did not receive confirmation e-mail after registering?

A confirmation message is sent via e-mail shortly after you register. This is to ensure that your e-mail address is valid. Please note that emails may be identified as spam or filtered to a junk folder by your email provider. To ensure emails do not bounce off of any filters, you may need to add the domain address to your safe-list, white-list, or address book.

Can I register under more than one account?

No. will only allow you to register one account per user. In cases that you forget your username or password, please don't create a new account in an attempt to remedy the situation. Instead, click on the Forgot your username or password link when trying to Log In.

You will be asked to enter the e-mail address you registered with so that can send you your current Logon ID and Password right away. You may contact our Customer Service for further assistance.
