A few helpful shipping tips to remember:

  1. Provide Accurate Shipping Information. Make sure that your shipping address (street number, city, state and zip) is entered accurately on the order form. Include helpful delivery information such as company, school, suite number, floor number, apartment number, etc.
  2. Provide Accurate Billing Information. Avoid processing delays by providing us with the correct billing address for your credit card. Orders cannot be shipped without proper billing information.
  3. Provide A Valid Email Address. Email is the primary method used to communicate with you about your order. An incorrect email address or a spam filter/email blocker (of our emails) will prevent you from receiving a shipping confirmation, as well as any other important communication regarding the status of your order.
  4. Track Delivery. We recommend tracking the status of your package so that you know when to expect delivery. Under My Account click on "Previous Orders", then simply click on the tracking number listed under Tracking Info.
