- Open to all customers in all countries.
- No initiation fees, No credit checks, No hassle.
- Minimum merchandise purchase of only $150 USD (excluding additional services, buyers auction fee, shipping, and taxes).
- Payments are divided into three easy equal monthly installments; first payment is due within 48 hours and all subsequent payments are due every 30 days after the original order date and these will be charged automatically.
- All additional services, shipping, taxes, buyers auction fee are due upon first payment.
- A 20% cancellation fee of the merchandise subtotal will be deducted for all cancellations related to a layaway order.
- Methods of payments accepted: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) Money Orders, Cashiers Checks.
- Once final payment is received layaway orders will be shipped within normal processing time frames based on the shipping method initially selected.
- Layaway payment method is available for Bidz.com and Buyz.com items only and does not apply to Quality Art, Holy Land Treasures, European Treasures, Electronics, Toys Fashion & Apparel, or any merchant items.
- Additional services such as Ring Resizing and Gem and Jewelry Reports will be processed after your final payment is received which may delay the layaway order for up to 7 additional days.
- Orders will be shipped to the verified billing and shipping addresses.
- Layaway orders may be canceled if payment is not received within 7 days after payment is due, in which case you will be subject to the aforementioned 20% cancellation fee.
- Coupons or promotional discounts offered after the original order date may not be applied on items held on layaway.
