Buyz layaway is a payment plan designed for customers who want to buy merchandise without paying the full amount immediately.
Placing an item on layaway is a simple and easy process. To place an item on layaway you will need to go to your Cashier, select Buyz Lay-Away payment method and continue to checkout. In case you are paying with a Money Order or Cashiers Check you will need to contact our Customer Service Team. You will need to provide our representative with listing numbers of the items you are interested in. Once you have provided the item information, the representative will provide you with a total and payment installment details. If agreed on, a plan is then emailed to you and the items are reserved for 10 days, time needed to receive your MoneyOrder/Cashiers check for the first payment installment.
Your order is submitted for processing and may take 24-48 business hours for the sales order to be generated.
Yes, our layaway plan is available to customers worldwide.
No, however in order for your sales order to be processed and to place your items on hold you must submit your first payment.
Yes, in order to take up on our layaway plan your minimum merchandise purchase must be of at least $150 USD or more (excluding additional services, shipping and handling and taxes)
Your payments are divided into three easy equal monthly installments. However, your first payment will include any additional services, shipping, handling and taxes.
No, you can choose to make your payments, weekly, bi-weekly, and or monthly.
Methods of payments accepted are credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) Money Orders and or cashiers checks. No personal checks.
No, you do not need a credit card to initiate or make your payments. You can make your payments by mailing a cashiers check and/or money order.
No, there are no late fees; however, from the date your payment is due you have 7 days to submit your payment before your order is submitted for cancellation.
No, unfortunately, once a contract is finalized no adjustments can be made; you can however initiate a new contract for new items.
Once final payment is received your layaway order will resume normal processing timeframes based on the selected shipping method.
Your item(s) will be shipped via the shipping method selected upon initiation of your plan.
Yes, you can pay off your layaway plan in full at anytime. Simply click on "View Layaway Schedule" link under "My Account" center and click on "Pay Now" link. You will then be prompted to put your credit card details to pay off your layaway.
Yes, you can cancel your plan at anytime.
Yes. A 20% cancellation fee of the merchandise subtotal will apply if your layaway order is canceled.
No, if you are paying with a credit card the payment will be debited from your account automatically according to your selected payment plan.
No, the same credit card must be used for all payments submitted.
If you paid with a credit card, the payment schedule and amount(s) on your layaway order can be found in "View Layaway Schedule" link under your "My Account" center; otherwise you may contact customer service directly for this information.
