- Layaway plan is open to all US and international customers.
- No initiation fees.
- Minimum merchandise purchase of $150 USD (excluding additional services, buyers auction fee, shipping and handling, and taxes)
- Payments are divided into three easy equal monthly installments; first payment is due within 48 hours and all subsequent payments are due every 30 days after the original order date and will be charged automatically.
- All additional services, shipping, taxes, buyers auction fee are due upon first payment.
- Effective September 27, 2010 a 20% cancellation fee of the merchandise subtotal will be deducted for all cancellations related to a layaway order.
- Layaways placed between June 10 through September 26, 2010 are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
- Methods of payments accepted: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) Money Orders, cashiers checks.
- Once final payment is received layaway orders will resume normal processing time frames based on the selected shipping method.
- Layaway payment method is available for Bidz.com and Buyz.com items only and does not apply to Quality Art, Holy Land, Lithuania, Electronics and Fashion & Apparel items.
- Additional services such as Ring Resizing and Gem and Jewelry Reports will be processed after final payment is received and may delay the layaway order for up to 7 additional days.
- Orders will be shipped to verified billing and shipping addresses.
- Layaway orders may be canceled if payment is not received within 7 days after payment is due and will be subject to the 20% cancellation fee.
- Coupons or promotional discounts offered after the original order date may not be applied on items held on layaway.
